To keep us all a little motivated, why not try the following. As you do a training session, (ie a run of some sort) why not add it here as a comment. That wa y we can all see how people are doing and offer some encouragement, advise, or abuse depending on how someone is doing.
It might just help some us get the runners and shorts on from day to day ??

okay- I'll go first on this- being the newest Griffin to the mix- at the moment i'm on 5km in 30 mins and 23 seconds-
ReplyDeleteWell done fuff, we all have to start somewhere. Thats 5 more kilometres than me so far. With a foot of snow here it will be a few weeks before i get going. Good work
